That graphic is part of an essay I once had on my homepage. It was the announcement that I had banned all ".RU" domains from obtaining a membership at SexEducation.com for distributing most of the worlds child pornography. Things have changed since then.

That graphic uncensored was posted in an USEnet newsgroup approximately seven years ago.

As far as I am concerned the WayBackEngine.com and Archives.org can go find their own graphics.
