It depends on were you stay and what yo plan on doing. I was only there or 2 weeks most of the time I was in Honduras, and Panama...Lots of drinking and fun just watch your ass the wrong area will roll you or kill you if you flash a lot of cash or act like a fool. Just respect them and keep a low profile you will have a great time
