I don't understand this concept. Courts are for fighting major corporations with big budgets in the hope of retrieving (x) times the initial loss. Honestly, what are your chances of actually ever seeing the money by following the legal processes?

Whatever happened to the good old days of breaking kneecaps, it is far a more effective approach than the legal system and the results are so much more fun to watch.

Sure after a judgement the judge may decide to garnishee his income after he claims he is broke.But in reality you are looking at lawyer fees ,time etc.I bet this will go on for a couple years after you track him down.

I agree 100% he should pay what he agreed to pay. I was just stating $1.00 per email seems very high in todays market.
