I know I am not a big company who can order dozens of photo sets at one time. I order just one or two a time and wait for up to 1 month for the custom photo shoots. Is it the normal time you guys waiting? It feels quite long for me. But if everyone else does it that way, I have nothing to complain. Maybe they are just too busy taking care of the big guys. Just it seems the photos won't be taken unless I ask or push them a bit.
