Is it just me , or is UPS wayyyyyy better than fed ex ?

same here with UPS ... last year I shipped everything on time (according ot their schedule) and 3 out of 25 pakages were on time ... (remember the fiasaco ? lol)

must've sucked .
I've only had a few packages get delayed at customs and they were always incoming unfortunatly .

FedEx is by far better for next day air. But UPS kicks their asses in ground and 3day!

I always hear that UPS doesn't handle packages well. Where I live, UPS usually shows up earlier than FedEx but that could just be the route for the drivers.

The UPS guy is a nice chill-back type of guy, the fedex one is uptight.

I've never had problems with either, but I will say that UPS drives by my house about 3 times a day.

ive barely used fedex but the few times i did, it came mich quicker and earlier in the day then ups.

not to mention ups charges obsurd brokerage fees (when i order something from the us into canada)

fedex sucks here in holland, they forward packages to private courier services they give shit if you sign or not or am happy

It may be your area cuz I have great experiences with Fed Ex and even *gasp* The USPS! I get packages everyday and my UPS packages look like they have been thrown against a fucking wall and stomped on everytime.

I'm never home and UPS leaves your package on the truck all night if they miss you. Fed Ex lets you pick it up later if you want. I like Fed Ex 100000 times better.

Its just you man. i got a call a few minutes ago from UPS asking if my address was a real address. for some reason they couldnt find my house. its the biggest house on the block in the middle of town and they were here on monday. go figure. must be a new driver

FedEx does a much better job where we work.
UPS won't even come to our door. They just go to the management office. It's like...gimme a break and walk he extra 50 feet and knock on my friggin door! Where I feel that FedEx actually WANTS our business.

I prefer fed ex for ground and next day. USPS is fast and in some cases cheaper but you can't beat the accountibility of Fed Ex. If USPS damages a package they just say so what and fuck you!

No doubt. At my old job I was waiting for a shipment of very expensive one-of-a-kind wedding gowns and the boxes were tore open and the guy literally opened the door and rolled them in using his feet.

I prefer Fedex.

I actually hate that UPS just drops off packages and goes.... I had a friend order thousands in computer equipment and when he got home, there it was on his door step... just sitting there. Anyone could have grabbed it.

I was living in an apartment building one time, and came home to find that UPS had left me a package.... at someone else's place on a different floor! I didn't know the guy... he was the opposite side of the building on some other floor... and the UPS guy just left my package there!

It's a dumbass system if you leave me. If they didn't do that, I'd be much happier with them.
