Actually, being in the teens or 20s in a dry climate is more tolerable than the 30s with high humidity, at least to me.
Currently 31 here, I just got back from taking my sister to work and am chattering...It's only about 10 minutes either way in the heaviest traffic, the car gets warm about time for her to get out and I get toasty about the time to get out back home
My next car should come with one of those remote control starter thingies
