many companies are ran and teaches management scientology stuff.

for instance the trendy goth store chain Hot Topic, as well is ran and managed by scientologists. I have met them, know some and have talked about scientology with some of them.

they say it helps managers etc, so like Zig Ziglar training some use scientology.

as many here have already said they have experienced it first hand.

it wont be them holding a scientology book in your face, not at all, they will do weird things like use colored hats in training and label people as things. its weird and quite complex but it stems from scientology training.

having people working on the inside of these companies is an easy way to see how things ard ran and how managers use tactics to both gain loyalty and respect from their worker bees, but to even control them in some ways.
