You are correct, there are many facial domains that will sell for only $7 but the best ones sell for more.... simple as that...

This is a buyer's market but I guess if someone had fresh-facials.com and wanted to have the REAL thing, I can imagine how he'd pay $400 to protect his investment.

I'm not a big domain selling and I don't know much about you or your business. All I know is that when I see a good domain name that i feel is undervalued I buy it.. I then sell it on at a profit.
