Too many people I know want stock trading or other financial advise. It's about time to do it legally

Financial Planning Professional Education Program at University of Phoenix... 180 hours. Not too bad.

Giving people advise is legal. doing it without a license for a fee isn't

I have one CFP class under my belt... not sure if I want to do the other 5. I took at at UOP at Scottsdale campus... nice facility and staff. get your Series 7 first if you don't already have it.. it will make the 1st CFP class fly by.

In the Series 7 requirements it mentions "You must be sponsored by a financial company who is a member of the NASD, or a Self-Regulatory Organization (SRO). ". Did you have a sponsor?

I'm almost done with my finance degree...

really, if you want to make good money, you don't need a degree

just read a bunch of books on stat analysis and shit, you'll do fine

become a day trader
