    10porn.com - Should I sell or develop it

    I've been made a lowball offer for the domain 10porn.com

    I think its a good domain for a perfect 10 type site or a $10 a month porn site, so... should I try and build a site that I could brand easily enough. Or should I try and sell the domain?

    BTW. The price I was offered was <-$100, which I didn't accept as I think its way too low.

    What does everyone else think?

      I would use it for multi $10/month sites and it may be good for SE's
