Ya, when I was younger I did a bit of reselling. It works quite well.
It works best for web developers. They can package their own branded hosting into the development price and have a reoccurring sale.
There are a lot of great reasons to resell to smaller clients on a very wide scale.
But if you would like to host large clients, there is a lot to know and do.
