Small story.
Two Month ago (Febrary, 5), I send to this company prepaid by wire transwer for 200K UK traffic - $998. At day - 11 Feb 2004 i get answer that tomorrow i start get traffic. After this day i send more 30 letters, try to speak by ICQ, on phone all time autoanswer, but do not get traffic. TWO MONTH i wait my prepaid traffic. I get some letters from CEO of this company (Penn E. Less), that traffic going tomorrow maximum, but it is just words. Now this company do not answer on calls, e-mails or icq.
It is very strange to do it business and first time when i did not get my traffic (I buy around 1M traffic per day in different places).
I hope my story help to you save your money or this company undestand that reputation very important in our business.
