Yeah, we've been trying to get a site approved..
They keep coming back with this

CCBill cannot be refered to as an "agent". This is an incorrect term used to describe the client relationship with CCBill. Once this has been adjusted, the site can then be resubmitted back to review for approval.

I wrote them back asking me what the fuck I should call them, since they are not my agent.. It's been 3 hours of silence since...
I just went to the join page on another one of our sites and made it read CCBill LLC. is our designated E-ticket Supplier and Access Management Provider"
Still hasn't been approved...
