I had many long talks with Sue at the sex.com house we would hang out for hours and hours and never once did I think or hear that steve was abusing Sue. That's just absurd.
Maybe Gary liked Sue and was mad at Steve for being involved with Sue? I really dont know its just one possible answer.

My theory is that the two of them had some minor issues in the past that have escalated to major issues now. So much so that Steve is willing to waste money on a lawsuit he can't possibly win just to prove that he is indeed willing to sue.
