If you were buying traffic, you got scammed. Anyone who promotes Imlive will tell you they convert better than just about any webcam site. 0:20000 is unheard of. Likely, the problem was on your end.
I'd say (and Adam could easily shoot this down - or up!) 1:200 is poor for imlive if you have quality traffic.
