If you type in the url here you get uk.sex.com with the Union Jack flag. In Australia you get au.sex.com with their flag and each country has a few different links and those that are repeated are in a different order.
If you're in the States you wouldn't notice anything as you get to the main domain, so I'd say don't waste your time..Comment
