ok I just want to call any number in japan, I think I have figured out this much, you call 1 - 81 - 03 then what? 1 is from the US then 81 is to japan then 03 is to tokyo then do I just make up a 7 digit number? if anyone has like a taxi service or food place please let me know how to dial it form the US.
