Just another way of making money.
To me, it is no different from consoles, pop-ups, audible banners, 'groups' knocking at your door (not including charities), physical mail spam, and etc.
I do not remember asking for any of the above.
Yup, it is so easy to set the rules in most if not all e-mail clients.
Speaking of, any of you Windows users jump on the Thunderbird bandwagon yet. If not, what the hell are you waiting for? It stomps Outlook and all others in to the dirt!
