- 3 months with no license whether you are found quilty or not
- $700 for a lawyer if you just want him to review the case and then plead guilty. ( you could just go with duty counsel, but that's not advisable)

After you are found quilty you can look forward to:
- car insurance will probably be close to $400 a month, if you can even get it, and it stays like that for up to 3 years
- $550 education course mandatory
- $650 fine, but if you get a "hanging" judge it could be as high as $2000 or so
- 1 year driving prohibition mandatory
- After your one year of driving prohibition, you are required to put an ignition interlock device in your car for another year if you want to drive. (Otherwise you will have 2 years driving prohibition) You have to blow in it every time you start your car, and in random intervals after that (anywhere from every 5 to 30 minutes) while you are driving.
You can't drive any vehicle that doesn't have one of these installed, so forget about driving anyone else's vehicles, or if you have multiple cars, then expect to pay double
This device costs you about $1400 installed, and they take it back after the year is up.

Have fun!
thats tight
