    What kind of "script" would make your life easier?

    Oh yeah, and it would be free.

    What would it be and do for you and/or your surfers... ?

    Random image rotator for hosted galleries?

                              Id like to see a hardlink tracking and organization script.
                              -not a traffic trading script
                              -not a linklist script

                              This would help you keep track of who you are trading hardlinks with, it would organize those link trades into include files for SSI or php style includes, it would keep contact info on your partners, would auto check for presence of the backlinks, as well as PR and anchor text info from those partners.

                              This would allow you to quickly change and manage hardlink trades much better and faster than just using excel and a bunch of text files would.

                                          The best script I could think of having would be a script that would search the search engines and catalog where you're listed and for what keywords and give you a table or report of some sorts so that you know precisely where you are listed for each SE and under which keywords so you can revise your submission strategy and/or revamp your pages. There may already be a proggie like that out there but I haven't found one yet that tells me exactly what my placement is and for which keywords.

                                                                                  hmm.. BradM.. doesn't that make you put in your selection of keywords to analyze? If so, that's not what i'm talking about. I can check keyword density with a ton of programs. What i'm talking about will scan the search engins and pull your links out and reference what pages they're on automatically and that will tell you what the keyword it was listed under as well. That way if you happen to get listed unintentionally for a keyword and are unaware of it you can find that and track it from there.

                                                                                          i press a button, click on the folder of pics, it creates a gallery, with thumbnails, picks one of the thumbnails to put on my main page, and uploads it all. wow.

                                                                                          sounds like a tgp script, but not quite on my site.

That way if someone is learning SEO work or just maybe not getting the hang of it then it will assist them in knowing what their sites are doing and how they're performing and what changes they subsequently need to make. I think it would be one of the most valuable programs a site owner could ever have. Oh, and if you create it you can always give me a big hello on the credits.. LOL
