Domainsite I've been having a great time with.. really like their system, PLUS you get link popularity checks free - domains are $6.99 basic for a year.
Otherwise -
Registerfly is also a good bet - especially for security. They're more expensive though - $9.99 a domain.
Godaddy I've had the hardest time with and so would not recommend, but I know others have had good experiences with them.
