Sorry I do not know what happened here, so this is what I meant to say.
Again sorry.We had a very distraught client on ICQ. He says Fed Ex will not deleiver to him because the name on the delivery address is not his real name, it's his nickname.
It seems he used his nickname to register on the site, even though it specifically says not to, and we delivered to him under that name.
So now we have to fork out another $50 delivery charge, or do you think he should pay? -

as the shipper you should be able to call in a delivery change request to change the name the package is sent to and to authorize this... shouldnt be any problem unless its already on its way back being returned... there might me like a $5 charge for that, depends... im not sure how fedex does that but thats how ups works and im sure they have the same service
