Depending on which side you're on (owner vs. submitter), 7 to 8k a month is not uncommon. Sure, its probably on the right side of the bell curve in terms of income but if you're willing to put in the work, you often find yourself in that part of the bell curve anyway

Well, I'm turning one of my sites into one so I guess we'll have to find out. I figure a bunch of people showing up for free stuff, there has to be money
If you want to give a try, then start a niche tgp. Trade with niche tgps, and be patient. You're not going to be the next hun or worldsex. But if you do have some profit then start another tgp and do the same. But you have to be patient, if you dont want to spend a lot of time since your still studying then i would stick to submitting galleries or something. Submit to the bigger tgps like thehun, richardsrealm, easypic, jizzhut, worldsex who send quite some signups. Don't waste your time on smaller tgps and sites.

edit: damn, it sucks to have all these banned words
What he said.
All those putting up TGP sites, submitting to them, supplying webmasters with free content, hosted galleries and paying for the B/W the freeloaders burn. They all do it as a tax hahahahaha off.
I did hear of a guy last year who said he made $14.50 from it.
Problem is not wether TGPs convert or not. I make plenty of money from TGPs.
Problem is that too many noobs don't know anything about promotion. How to market a product.

7-8k a month from TGP traffic is VERY uncommon. Sure there are people making it and more, but as a % of submitters and those running TGPs they are a very, very small minority.

By having a lot of qualities missing from most of GFY these days. Work out for yourself what they are although that would take a little intelligence something else often lacking.
