Why get implants at all...
I think implants after you've had your kids can be a nice enhancement at that time in your life
No one likes to feel 'used up'. Can you even breast feed after getting implants? I don't know...
Implants or not, any woman that does't look healthy/can't take care of themselves, is unattractive.
