          well i think it sais, only feeding them in parks...so you can give a homeless person food if they arnt in a park.. ?

              In New Orleans, they hit you up as soon as you walk of your vechile at the gas pump. Yes, its annoying and even dangerious.

                      yes.. at least that's how I understand it.. they want to drive them out of the parks (or at least not ease them into squatting them by delivereing food directly to them) so other, non-homeless people, can enjoy the parks..

                          It doesn't happen in my neck of the woods. There is a busker who panhandles near the bank on a regular basis though.

                          He doesn't really bother people, just sits beside his hat and sometimes plays guitar.
                          Sleep well, and dream of large women.
