So I have a really large mainstream client I've hosted at
www.cybrhost.com for 4 years now @$380.00 per month for a dedicated. Over the past 12 months they have been getting shittier and shittier with their support (won't take phone calls, etc). We bought the box up front from them for $2800 on top of the hosting bill which has NEVER been delinquent.
Today I get an email from them:
Quote:
Jeff, Dan and the techs have said a DOS attack on your server has now brought down our
network 3 times in the last 10 days and they have taken your server offline
permanently for abuse to prevent this anymore.
Dan says you will have to move your hostig elsewhere.

My client is taking 40-50 online orders a day due to the holiday rush (roughly 8-10k $$$ per day).
WTF is up with that? Is it standard procedure to shut an account down because they are being attacked? This is fucked up! Happy Monday!
