    Help!Bank shredded my epassporte card>>

    I think this is stupid ass policy.
    The other day I left my card at the atm machine just outside the bank.
    well they found it
    I didnt even know it was missing lol
    They told me they found my card and cut it up and threw it away.
    they said if it is not from their bank this is the policy.
    well my question is
    How do I request new epassporte card?
    Not a new one persay but the same card I had?
    Anyone know what I should do?
