So last night I'm drunk off my ASS stumbling around the Lightspeed party suite with a few awesome people. We're talking about the gay party going on next door. I decide to go over and talk to someone.
I walk outside and get right up close and personal to this dude I didn't recognize and I ask him, "Are you a butt pirate?"
He looks at me and says nothing, so I walk on. A few minutes later I'm surrounded by a couple guys. One of them has a lot of attitude. He's telling me I insulted his friend and must apologize immediately. I don't really like it very much when people tell me what I MUST do. I ask him who he is and he tells me, "it doesn't matter, just apologize to my friend."
I extend my hand to him and introduce myself (I didn't have a name tag on). Now that he knows who I am, he immediately starts smiling and knows I was just fucking around. It turns out that he's from IllCash (God, I hope I'm remembering these details right... I had SO many Vodka/RedBulls by this time).
Now that they know who I am, the original guy that I "insulted" starts apologizing to me for taking it as an insult. I, in return, apologized to him for not making it clear that I was just having a good time and attempting to be funny (when you're drunk, it is indeed funny for those around you to see & hear you walking up to people at random and asking if they're butt pirates).
Meanwhile, my girlfriend has been notified by a friend that I'm outside surrounded by webmasters that want to kick my ass. She's looking for me wanting to come to my rescue. But by now we're outside laughing and hugging each other like we really ARE butt pirates. ;)
God damn, it's been fun here.
