I don't know what homophobic problems you have Mark but you don't have to blame me for them.
Funny how after this thread and another where you replied people ICQ'ed me and told me interesting stories 'bout ya, at least my decision never to deal with GTS again is 100% solid now.
You say you can't keep 100% of the clients 100% satisfied, ok that's fair enough but if you don't keep someone satisfied don't expect them to keep their mouth shut about it!
