"Well, at LEAST you have your health..."

when people say that, does it anger you? like, "oh shut up".

don't take it for granted. because once the time comes and you realize life isn't forever, your disregard for good health will quickly vanish.

we're only granted one body, take care of it the best you can. eat right and exercise guys. if you abuse it and don't use it, you will lose it.

when you reach that age when bad health habbits begin to take their toll, you will have loved ones you will want to live as long as you possibly can for - so you might as well take action now.

    just a thought.

that's so true. i find myself depressed at times at the shape I let myself fall into. I'm smoking again, I'm 250 lbs and i can hardly go biking now without huffing and puffing.

          26. I still got time to turn it all back. So I am going to do my best this winter to get a good diet and get off the nicotine.

            yeah man, good.

don't fall into that mentality that you have time. the most crucial point of your life is the earliest stages, when you're setting the foundation. yeah, you still are young (when the average life expectancy is 70+) but just remember, each day you continue on with those bad habbits, you are hightening the risk of cancer and other serious health conditions (in other words, you're cutting your life short).

life is precious, more precious that we can ever even begin to comprehend - often times we can only begin to truly know how important and how valuable life is, when we're faced in a life threatening situation.

don't wait for that to happen.

my biggest drive to get better now is that I have a son and don't want to miss anything.

fuckin a' man i live for this, you have a son now, that is all the motivation you should need. it's great to hear that. if you need any help figuring out a diet/workout plan - hit me up on aim or icq. aim: dreamache - icq: 153785636 and no, it won't cost you a thing

you can do it with some patience and consistency.
