I went all out this year and bought a fake 18 footer. Have to use a 14 ft stepladder just to string lights. The angel is two feet so overall it's 20 feet. Ceiling is only 21 ft. LOLICQ me lets make a deal 116894466

My father thought it'd be great this year to get a tree that filled out the vaulted ceiling in his living room...
We drove out to a christmas tree farm, and he demanded their biggest one. It looked pretty impressive lying on the ground, and took 4 of us to lift it onto his van.
14' long, 8' diameter, 350+ lbs.
Took us an hour or so to get it into the living room, and of course it was too big for the stand, so we just propped it up against the wall.... Turns out it was too tall for the room, and branches were rubbing on the ceiling. It was also settling now that it was untied and upright, and seemed to be filling out a lot of the room...
His wife gets in and throws a shitfit. Apparantly she didn't like the fact that this tree was taking up over 50% of the living room...
Dragged it out of the house, back onto the van, and I think my father picked up some lame 5 footer instead, I haven't seen it yet.
While wrestling this tree around I took a branch in the eye and scratched my cornea, haven't been able to see clearly or get any work done for almost a week...

The biggest one I ever had was 20ft. and that fucker was a monster. Thank god my mother in law paid for it. I have an 8 foot artificial tree....with the lights built into it , that's the worst part about putting up a tree ! Bought it 2 years ago and haven't regretted going artificial. No mess , easy up and down
