    What time do you go to bed?

    I tend to go to bed very late so I can manage some stuff with American buddies.
    Their timezone is like 5 hours behind on mine so I make "american hours" turning in around 4 am.

                                  it depends on when i wake up. if i wake up late then ill go to sleep late, but if im up early then i crash early

                                                  everytime i get my sleeping schedule back on track (go to bed around 9-10pm), somehow, it ALWAYS gets fucked up and i end up staying up till around 7am!

                                                          im in the same boat, its terrible. I always feel so much better when I wale up early work during the day and go to sleep early, but I end up staying up late working on something and fuck up my sleep pattern.
