How would a doctor react when a guy comes in and asks for a pair of tits and a rounder ass, yet he wants to leave his dick intact? Has it become a normal procedure for doctors? Is there a specific doctor one goes to? If I were a surgeon, I don't think I'd be able to accomidate the person without laughing my ass off!
