We sold a domain that we had on Godaddy and it was a clusterfuck. We had to email them 5 or 6 times and phone them several times to get one transfer organised and continually provide the same info! I will never use them again.Originally posted by SetTheWorldonFire

GoDaddy doesn't make money from selling domains.
If you asked them they'd say they make money from advertising
and value added services.
The truth is they make money from stealing their customers
domains and making their process harder then it should be.
Never pay wholesale or less for domains. Pay the extra couple of
bucks and use a company that actually makes money from selling
domains.
