    Should The Search Feature Be Fixed?

    I know it would take a bit of time to fix it, but isn't it possible to include some image verification on the search feature? For a site making as much money as this, I am sure it wouldn't be streching Lensman's budget.

      i think a image varify would be cool... but its only a matter of time till someone codes a bot script to popup the image to where the script user just has to type in what he sees... its been done before

          a board is worthless without a search function imo..you need a search to filter out all the crap in the 1000's of threads

                  Considering it isn't hard to launch attacks on the search feature currently, I think it is about time an image based system (or somethign similar) is put in place.

                          Ive never wanted used the search feature until tonight
                          and it was DOWN


                          you'd be surprised but I actually had to go thru 4 pages of threads to get a pic of juicy

                                                  I think some people don't understand how crucial the search feature is.
                                                  If you posted in 25 threads yestarday, then you cannot bookmark all of them to be able to find them the next day.
                                                  I guess 70% + of GFY'ers usually start the day with searching for thier own posts from the previous day.
                                                  Without the search feature GFY is pretty much useless.
                                                  I don't use ICQ anymore.
