If you are drunk it is okay!!! Or when you pee in the middle of the night and don't want to fully wake up, so you sit down so you don't have to concentrate on where the pee is going, it is okay!!!
Medical reason too, like you have broken legs or something, they are okay!!!
Other than that I would definitely feel different towards a guy who sat when he peed. I mean think about it, what if you were dating this chick and after getting to know each other more you walk into the bathroom to see her straddling the toilet peeing standing up??? You would think she is a little off, wouldn't you??? I would!!!
