                            What has "happened" is very simple...in the case of Afhganistan the US took down the government of a country when it refused to turn over enemies of the US that it housed. In the case of Iraq the US took down the government of a country that was an avowed enemy of the US...which...in my opinion...the US should have down within the first year of the '91 cease fire.

                            As far as Arms not protecting the US from "terrorism"...Arms will certainly kill the terrorists/enemies...and it does not bother the American people in general to kill enemies...and we are very good at it. If the CONUS is struck again...I am satisfied that our military response will be less subdued.

                            As for you personally...you are an avowed enemy of my country...thus an avowed enemy of mine.
