    Epoch has lost their mind

Maybe someone can explain how this makes sense...

I no longer process new subscriptions through Paycom/Epoch except for some cross-sells that a couple other clients send to me, but Epoch wants me to place on my join pages "Paycom is an authorized sales agent for domain.com" because I still have recurring members with them.

Um, will that not confuse the heck out of a surfer who is joining through IBILL, but sees the text Paycom is our authorized agent? And by the way, I have to have listed the IBILL is our authorized merchant as well, so wtf?

I understand placing that verbiage next to any join links, but being required to put it on a join page that only offers IBILL subscription seems ludicrous.

I've been trading emails all day with them and they assure me that this is their new policy.

    Somebody stop the insanity...

    Blame VISA not epoch.

You better put it up or you might get a TMF from VISA, then you get no rebills. Its just text....

      Try this:

"IBill is the authorized sales agent for domain.com and your
CC bill will show Ibill as the processor. Also
Paycom is an authorized sales agent for domain.com but only relevant to previous members."
      Good luck.
