Very well said, I am also 1 of those very happy long time Techie Media customers. They make me feel like family and not just another customer. I don't want to open my mouth to much, but I know they host some HUGE sites and programs. Jim (Lightning on the boards) never comments or conducts his biz on the boards, but is always around and has helped me for years. Their support is by far some of the best in the biz, not just tech support, but everything from tech, billing, customer etc.... The owners are old school players in the hosting and traffic biz and have helped me in some of my biz decisions over the years. I would definitely have to put them in the top hosting company category
