                                              Some of the nicer higher end domains sound and look good on paper and then you run and test them for a couple months and realize how big of a multiple the seller is trying to get off you.

We also tested the demographics of the traffic for 6 months prior to buying it to see what kind of people would respond to different types of advertising using that domain.
