You successfully converted to ntfs an are still having trouble?
That's odd to say the least. I've had no problem dealing with 15gb video flies... hmm
What I suggest is you download Partition Magic and do some checks on your drives, apart from stating the obvious that something might be wrong with your programs, or HD there's not much else I can say.
