Long story made short: Don't buy traffic, continue building and producing your own traffic.

There is a reason traffic is being sold....

And it's not because the traffic broker loves you soo much they are dying to give you a ROI.

I spoke with Jim in an effort to come to some sort of resolution or compromise.

He told us that if we'd just give him his money back he'd make an apology on the board and retract all the things he said, some of which he admitted making up and some of which he admitted embellishing.

He said that if we did not give him his money back he would continue his campaign to harass us.

I asked him if he was going to stand by his contract or is he going to extort us?

He said that unless we give the money back, he will continue to campaign against us and make up more things to make us look bad.

We don't negotiate with people like this. Harass away.

The simple issue is that they bought traffic, which is IDENTICAL to the traffic they received in a test. They then turned around and tried to SELL that traffic to their customer at a higher markup, and their customer declined to buy it. They want their money back and want to back out of the contract that they digitally signed and agreed to when they purchased.


You all can call us fascist bastards for sticking by a contract when the customer wants to back out - and is unwilling to compromise and demands their money - and calls us names and make false accusations on public boards.

But - don't call us scammers, we aren't. We're sticking by the contract.

say whatever you want, the public has their own opinions, which I don't believe are going to be influenced by yours. we are basically backed into a corner here, either take your traffic and hope the best, either be the same crap that's being fed to us now, or use the "in house credits" for the other traffic you provide. the only option is to loose both the traffic and the cash to you.

obviously since the current traffic is worth $0, we are forced to use the credits applied by you to your other traffic, and hope to turn something from it.

nobody tried to "extort" you, and nobody "harassed" you. if you would have handled this in a proper, timely, business like manner, this would never had happened.

just for everyone to note, we never signed a "contract", he's referring to us hitting the "pay now" button.

if you haven't yet noticed, we haven't started a "campaign" against you, we are simply informing our peers about our experience with a deal that went bad. why should we have to see our fellow webmasters have the same result? we are honest webmasters (which seem to be hard to find these days) and this is part of the adult community, and you 'should' know that.

you can continue to pretend your traffic was of same quality, but your actions have shown to many people, its not the real deal. why would we want to buy shit traffic? for fun? get over it already.

as far as a public apology, what you will get is exactly what you stated:

you aren't giving us our money back. you are making us continue the shit traffic feed, apply more "credits" to less traffic for decent quality, or loose everything. unless this "better quality" traffic you speak of as absolutely amazing, what makes you think you deserve a public apology?

BTW: if you want to make threats against us stating that "If you are at internext, you better watch out" id watch what you say considering you have MANY people pissed off at you.

everybody knows it except for them. apparently the traffic over there is golden.

when buying sigs go wrong...i hate to be one of their sig whores at this time...fuck you can either give them they money back or fly the button for a WHOLE month

even worse, they traded hits in return for sigs. many people have backed out of the deals though.

Dude, this is complete bullshit. No one deserves to be sent img src'd 404s and non unique hits, even if they are buying so-called "cheap" traffic. There is no excuse for passing completely useless hits like that through to buyers.

also i will always use 3-5 different brokers. each for different purposes. in the end, its how you use your traffic, not who you buy it from.

Still awaiting an explanation from F.A.T. about why they are sending img src 404's to paying customers.

There is no way to 'break out' of an img src to force a load of a HTML site or console... the ONLY thing you can do with an img src is to display an image!

too bad i missed these threads about a month ago. I was tailing my logs and noticed that i was getting img 404's too. that's just fekin retarded to be sending traffic thru img 404's. I was just glad that i just did a test buy of $20.

We did reply, so I encourage people to check time stamps.

If people have an issue with us, they should email us and we'll deal with it.

When people like ChrisP call my mother a whore and demand their money back, we tend to be less agreeable to compromise and we tend to stick the original agreement and contract.

There's two sides to each story, we're not perfect in this, bus there's no ripping off going on.

We don't necessarily believe the customer is always right. When ChrisP got a free trial and then bought an order, and wanted to stop it after 2 hours, and called my mother a whore and said many other ridiculous things, we decided not to consider 'the customer as always right'. Instead we said you made a deal and we're going to stick to it.
