Rats, I knew this would be an issue on Mozilla or Firefox. And no, it's not intentionally I guess Mozilla doesn't have support for unique link classes perhaps? Image/White navigation links have seperate classes each with their own "Hover" attributes, a 1px dotted orange line not being one of them.

Hrmph... I'll have to see what I can do to make this work. Thanks for the info!
