So if bush want to impose excessive fines in order to clean up the airways....

and is so interested in saving us from all the filth we hear......

Then why will he not impose the same excessive fines on the big business that polute or food, and water supplies, as lwell as the air we breath?

The fines these companies face are a joke, and quite often refereed to as a cost of doing business.....(the profit they make for illegal dumping is far greater than the cost of any fines imposed for doing the illegal dumping)

How is what we hear worst for us that what we eat, drink , and breathe

and for you hard asses that think bush is some sorta tough guy and that is why we need him ask yourself is it more important to have your quality of life better (with a better economy, better air , food, and water quality) or is it better to have someone that does not even know how to fight trying to start fights with the people that did not even try to harm us, in the name of protecting you?

Fines that are TOO big may cripple industry. It's definitely a balancing act they are faced with.

When the Bush Administration amended the Clean Air Act they included an amendment that allows companies to pay for the right to pollute more!
