They recently changed their policy that requires usernames/passwords for all content. As affiliates, we used to be exempt from this, but not anymore

That's really lame. It's just another way to take advantage of porn webmasters. I am thinking this because if you were to open a swedish account they'd assume you're site is swedish and that's the traffic you want. Too bad they can't just make it easy and let people choose the traffic but select their own country as default. Maybe they're trying to make the CTR much better for the people that don't know how to setup their accounts for their sites in their own language.

No idea, I yelled at them quite a bit though and they don't seem to care about how much I've spent with them over the past 3 years (it was a substantial amount).

Yes lately it has been total shit. I would rather pay for clicked TGP traffic then the shit spewing out of there.

Anyway.. Overture is making it tougher and tougher to do business with them but maybe this will weed out some of the competition.

that's not a new rule to me, i've always had to provide them with a pass. there's better ppc companies out there anyways.

They've usually hit me up for id & passwords, though not always. I don't think I've used them for over a year.
