Have someone stand outside his house and yell something like
Wow! Look at the size of those antlers on that deer!
Boobs aren't the only "rack" a southern man appreciates looking at.
Then - 20 or so feet away from the door - have an ice cold bud waiting and when he walks up to it he'll see another one 30- 40 feet away and so on and so on.....
While this is all happening - you sneak in through the back!
