Two of there reps contacted me on two differnt occasion...spent over an hour with each on ICQ going over our packages..we agreed to a price/package option. They gladly said "email us the invoice and we'll get the galleries out to you". Been over a month..still waiting.
People change their minds all the time, its no big deal. But It would be nice to at leaste reply to my emails and or ICQ and tell me that you are no longer interested. I got no problem with cancelations at all....but be profesional about it.

I was contacted on ICQ about it, but it didnt seem too spammish and I was okay with their approach.. didnt end up doing any thing with em though cause most of its active X type of stuff.Comment

1) My requests to get some assistance w/ a landing page went ignored.
2) I trashed a computer with an install and it didn't show up on the stats.

Cause as you may have noticed.
They have a couple of people responding to posts and stuff and guess what SIG they got ?
3000$ per week for some webmasters but if you check out their support board, you see like 25 posts MAX and that's for MONTHS !
