All your stuff is setup right Tiff. Since you have an affiliate program through CCBill there is no 'stats' link or code for your page. Also, each webmaster has a different referral link so putting a generic one with insert your affiliate id here is a waste of time.
Like any CCBill processed site, login to CCbill affiliate admin to get your stats and code.
Call tech at CCBill and they will tell you the same thing, if they give you that much help.

My site will be re-designed soon (dont know the exact date yet but its in the works) I havent got time to redo it myself so I've got a great friend/designer helping out which will give me more time to shoot, work live, and produce more content. The site will still be owned and operated by me, nothings changing except the design
