First off, chances are most of you are out of shape, pale, don't try and keep yourself looking good, and have absolutely 0 game with women.

Sorry, but when every story you tell starts with "I was soooooooo drunk..." ,you've never travelled, never lived on your own, dated a couple guys and had mostly longer term movie + dinner relationships, chances are I will get bored of them after the first week.

Modern women either swing one extreme or the other. Either married and popping out kids, or gladly making money and living a life other than barefoot in the kitchen / on welfare / struggling with no education.

She's busy enough to allow me to have my own life, and I'm really happy that she's got drive to get A's in school and make good money while putting herself through school.

My grandparents were married when they were 18/19, and stayed together until my grandfather's death at the young age of 56. Had he lived I am convinced they would be together today. Granted, a different time and different attitudes, but they were true partners. I think they had what it takes.

We probably should have split at least five years earlier, but we did take it at least a bit seriously. Two people in the relationship, two people at fault. I could write pages about why things didn't work out, but I would only write from my point of view and I would be a real bitch about it.
So suffice it to say, at 22 you really don't know who you are and you have no idea who you're going to become. Such things as, say, shared tastes in music become much less important in the long term.
