    Can anyone do Hurricane Electric (he.net) deals?

    Search is disabled so I can't find the guy who was offering them. I think he was a rep for their company.

    I have a server stuck in a dead reseller network in HE's San Jose data centre and I want to get it moved over to HE 'direct'

    PS: it must be he.net, not interested in any other hosts, the server cannot move from this data centre.

              With HE or in their data centre? Do you have anyone specific at HE that I can contact? I sent off a quote request but the last time I tried that they quoted me a ridiculous $600+ per month for 1RU+1Mbit/sec... and this was only a year ago.

                      They quoted me $400/mo for 1Mbit if I commit for a year... and they'll be nice and waive the $600 setup fee.

                      Are these guys living in the stone ages? $400/mo for 1RU colo+1Mbit? I could lease a couple of NEW servers with 2-3Mbit each for that price...

                          I am the direct henet rep here...feel free to email me at [email protected] for any pricing quotes...I can tell you, however, our pricing for single server, low bandwidth sites are not going to be the same $50 deals you can find elsewhere. Our sweet spot is definately in higher bandwidth commitments, however we would be happy to quote out any services.
